Grab your thoughts and run like thisPhotography by Jonathan Herbert

I started taking photos with my first camera at the age of 6. Soon it was time to learn the art of the darkroom. Now things have entered the digital age and there is no longer a need for stinky fixer fingers. San Antonio is my home and my inspiration. Custom work and prints are available for purchase, plus I am available for hire if you have a need. Contact me via email for pricing and formats available.[email protected]

The Abstract works here were started during the Covid lock down. They all began as photographs. This is painting with a camera.
The 'brella Project was a photo essay on the decomposition of a beach umbrella from my childhood. The thought was to make the mundane dramatic. This was 45 years in the making. It was featured as an exibit for the International Fotoseptembre.
